These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Flubbie Finance. By applying for a membership card or loan, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Membership Card & Refund Policy
  • Membership card fees are refundable only as per the company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Membership card fees are non-refundable if your application is rejected.
  • Once a loan application has been processed, the membership card fee is non-refundable.
Nature of Membership Card
  • The membership card is not a credit, debit, or ATM card.
  • It is exclusively intended for loan purposes.
  • The card may be used by the customer or authorized representative.
Loan Application & Approval
  • Approved loans declined by the customer are not eligible for refund.
  • Loan decisions by the login department are final.
  • Loan approval depends on profile and documentation.
  • Approval rate is approx. 60%; approval is not guaranteed.
Bank Verification & Processing
  • Documents are verified by company representatives.
  • Your file may be logged with multiple banks.
  • Processing depends on bank eligibility criteria.
Charges & Fees
  • No processing or file charges on loan approval.
  • Only fee applicable is the lifetime membership card fee.
  • Third-party charges are not company responsibility.
Rejection & Reapplication
  • Rejected files can be reprocessed within six months.
  • Processing time may extend up to 3–4 months.
  • Once reprocessed by another bank, responsibility shifts.
Customer Communication
  • Customers must contact only the login department.
  • Non-response within three days may cause rejection.
  • Only applicants receive loan-related information.
Data Security & Liability
  • Documents are securely stored.
  • Company is not liable for third-party misuse or OTP leakage.
  • Client data is not shared digitally or in writing.
Fraud & Legal Compliance
  • Fraudulent submissions will invite legal action.
  • Disputes are between customer and bank.
  • Company is not liable for third-party fraud.
Marketing & Advertising
  • Bank logos are for marketing reference only.
  • Ads are promotional in nature.
  • Pre-approved offers are not guarantees.
Payments & Verification
  • Payments are acknowledged after successful credit.
  • Account verification is mandatory.
  • Unverified payouts may be held by the company.
Jurisdiction & Legal Matters
  • All disputes are handled by company legal team.
  • Jurisdiction: Surat, Gujarat.
Important: Flubbie Finance is a private limited entity that only facilitates loans. Loan approval depends on bank policies and customer eligibility.
