Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Flubbie Finance, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund for the Membership Card fee.

Membership Card Fee Refund

A customer is eligible for a full refund of the Membership Card fee only if Flubbie Finance has not initiated the Customer Service Process within 48 hours of successful payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 48-hour window using one of the following methods:

What Is the Customer Service Process?

The Customer Service Process refers to the initial verification activities performed after Membership Card payment.

This process includes:

  • Attempting customer verification within 24–48 hours
  • Logging the initiation status in the customer portal

Even if the customer does not answer the verification call, the process is considered initiated once an attempt is made and recorded in the system.

Important: Once the Customer Service Process is initiated, the Membership Card fee becomes non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
